The farmhouse includes a large screened porch, outdoor grill and patio with seating, ADA bathroom on the main floor, newly installed AC/Heat, large kitchen, Wi-Fi, two (2)large TV’s with cable, pool table, and expansive living room with two dining areas. There is a new washer and dryer along with new kitchen appliances including a standalone KitchenAid ice machine. Reclaimed antique flooring, chestnut barn doors, old brick, and beams were installed throughout the house.
